PRIVATE DUMPSTERS OR STORAGE PODS

Owners are not required to submit a Property Modification Request Form to place a private dumpster (or storage pod) on private driveway.

You must notify the HOA if you intend on placing these items on your driveway prior to having it delivered by filling out a Notification form.

These items may be placed in your driveway for a maximum of not to exceed two weeks.

Any items placed in a homeowners driveway may not exceed the width or the length of the driveway and it is recommended that wood blocks are placed underneath to avoid damage to the driveway.

If any damages are caused to the driveway or property, the homeowner will be responsible for repairs.

Click Here to access the Notification Form.  You may also request a form at the receptionist desk.
